If that was sarcasm: Thorium Brotherhood is a four year old roleplay realm. Not sure about progression, but I'm sure people don't play there for PVP anyway.

I'm sure there are fewer guilds completing heroics... but there are guilds doing so. It only takes 25.
With regard to PvP, I have a tough time understanding what the difference is on a crowded PvE server vs a low pop PvE server. Either way you are seeing the same people in the BGs. If you mean PvP outside of BGs I am all ears as to where this occurs on a frequent basis on PvP servers having gotten bored on Illidan.
