Returning player needs help

Hi everybody,
I am planning to return to wow since cataclysm is coming, but since I wasnt here for about a year and half I need help to pick server. I am looking for Europe server where would be large population, and people there would be wise (I mean that server wouldnt be mainly populated by kiddies who can write only in Caps and shout just things like Noob,Haxxorz etc. etc.). And absolutely great would be if both horde and alliance would be balanced. But things that matters most to me is population and wise people. Please help.

The server you're looking for doesn't exist in WoW, and it sounds like you haven't been on the internet since the late 90's...it's ummm, different now...welcome back?

Well, that was main reason why I left wow, and I want to try to find server where would that be minimal or at least where would be big guild full of similiar minded people.

What I tried to say earlier is that you will not find a server that consists of mostly wise people. The ratio of fools to wise people on WoW servers is no different then real life. From my last estimate roughly 1.5% of people could actually be deemed wise by my standards at least. I margin of error being roughly 1%. I could be being a little generous though.
What you have asked for is the equivalent of asking for advise because you are wanting to move to a differnt city and you would like to know which city contains mostly wise people...
Join the server that you would like to join, be it PvP or PvE, choose high pop and then look for like minded people with in that server to group and guild with. That is the only way to surround yourself with "wise" people.

Any specific tips?  If I will drop the search for wise server, which server is most populated?
