If the team had been in a group with him and the xp split amongst all members then that is teamwork. The team being separate and the individual gaining xp based on the work of a separate team is powerleveling.

Apparently, only if there's a Realm First achievement for it. I suspect this one would still be free on most realms.

What do you do to convince others to help YOU get that realm/world first by doing the "mob tagging" thing? There's no freaking way I'd be in some group, going behind this guy killing his mobs so he can race his way to first? I mean, seriously, after a couple weeks of discussion on some game forums, who would care or remember that Smasher, Athene, or whoever got there first?
