Where are the rest of the quests for each zone?
I checked my achievement progress in Vashjir and it said 145/160. I dismayed a bit at the idea of 15 more quests still to do because I was already tired of the zone. Not 10 minutes later (and definitely NOT 15 quests later), I got the achievement. I imagine some chains must be completed before all the quests are counted, but I have no idea why Bliz would do it this way.
