Right now you have people queuing for BG's that don't have PVP gear, they have a mish mash of Northrend blue's and purples as well as Cata leveling, blues and greens. Stats and gear are all over the place, and in no way are they an accurate representation on how the class is intended to function. Furthermore, with a recent talent over hall patch still leaving classes unbalanced PvP, combined with a recent expansion release, it is likely Blizzard will still make major changes to multiple classes to balance PvE there by affecting PvP. Only after that will they even think about looking at things from a PvP perspective. A 3 to 4 months from now however hopefully most of the major class tweaks are out of the way and people start to have gear more representative of what they are going to look like end game as far as stat concentration and distribution. 	It's hard to say as we all aren't decked out in level 85 pvp gear yet.
