We are all similarly geared (538-541 item level equipped) and I took the least amount of damage between the 3. With vengenance up no one could tear aggro off me (I am hit and expertise capped). With the new rend + Thunderstomp combo AoE aggro has been very very easy. Paladins have it worse with consecration on a 30 second cooldown now and not producing as much threat. I have not heard anything about warrior tanking being less effective than DK/Paladin/Druid tanking though I suspect that it is likely that DK/Paladin/Druid tanking still involves less "effort" in terms of button presses and choices of abilities to use, but that suspicion is based purely on the "status quo" in that I know what is involved with Warrior tanking and how much button pressing is involved and doubt that Blizzard made tanking with the other 3 classes considerably MORE complex than it used to be. I also suspect that there is less reliance on lots of AOE tanking (Warriors are damn solid with "AOE tanking" of groups of mobs no more than 3 or 4) which keeps Warriors competitive. It wasn't until you started to see AOE tanking of 5+ mobs that you started to see real differences in the effectiveness of warriors vs. the other tanks in WOTLK. Of course I have only my gut feelings on this as I have not tried it out on any tank class YET. -----signature----- If ignorance were painful, half the posters here would be on morphine drips. 	I think you're seeing a lot of "new" shamans because of class/race expansion, same reason you're seeing a heap of troll druids. Shammies have traditionally been low on the population totem poll, no pun intended. As much as I love mine (and it's my main), I haven't been playing it as much because elemental is still a very boring DPS rotation and though Resto is effective, I'm finding my priest (now that they "fixed" his mana regen) and pally a little more fun in terms of the variety of button pushing and cooldowns. 	As far as class....I don't know they seem to be all around...but I've not seen any DK Worgen..at all. Can't wait to make mine. -----signature----- I found something else by accident. It has become my new passion.
