I know this is probably a troll but I will bite.
When you use an authenticator for the first time it comes up as a popup window after you input your username and password at the main login screen and then everytime you log in after that it has a third window under password for your authenticator. If you log in with an account that doesn't have an authenticator attached at any point, that third window goes away on the next login screen shown.
So, TLDR, the authenticator extra field shows up after you successfully login with an account with an authenticator and goes away after a successful login with a non-authenticator account.

Okay, this is the problem. When it says you have to convert it, it gives you a link to battlenet and then you put in a CD key. I accidently put in a trial CD number that came in the box and started a new account. No big deal. Except it doesnt require the authenticator so that window went away. And when I try and log onto it with my regular account, the window doesnt come back not does the authenticator window popup like it used to. Yes, I copy/pasted also and tried several times. Nuttin.

my Authenticator window has always appeared in the form of a pop up window, no matter how much times i do it. This is in WoW only though, in SC2 i do get a third box under my Password.

No and no. I actually detached my authenticator and reattached it and still nothing. I guess itll have to wait til tomorrow to talk to support. This sucks.
