So I remember why I hate pugs...
|
Was on my Spriest tonight and decided to do a random daily and get the VP for the day. Got into a group for HHoO. Everything was going fine, all the trash cleared and all the bosses except the one that gives credit for the run (Rahj?). I'd been tied for top dps the whole run and had been throwing a bubble on the tank when he was getting hit hard thinking that every bit helped. I even healed the tank when the healer went down. We get to the the final boss and clear the trash. Just before we go after him, the tank says sorry in party chat and I get booted.
I know... Another pug story. Just wondered if that was common now or just had a jerk group.

Jerk group.
I was in a group that had a guilded tank and healer...they booted out a dps who was doing great dps and executing fights perfectly in h grim batol, just before 4th boss, to bring in a guildie. Made zero sense at all since that boss drops nothing the idiot they brought in could use. And very lame regardless of whether they had someone wanting drops or not.

They do it because they can. Without impunity, a quite large majority of the people who play WoW show their true lowlife colors.

After new patch goes in and they go all Guild for the last boss the buff will drop so they will at lose that little advantage.
