Why can't I send a PM on this board?

It says I need to have 20 messages and I have well over that.
Any ideas?
P.s. Tried to send a Rift VIP key. No go.

Most likely the bugs and 'attacks' that plague the boards lately caused this problem. Some of us see this issue when we attempt to respond in a thread, much less a PM.
Just try again later.
