It only appears to reduce your latency by sending an ACK packet for every one you receive. The wow servers still send them in pairs.

Yeah, the real question is do people notice a significant difference in gameplay. And I'm sure many will just due to placebo...

Disabled and deleted this thing late last night. Did an instance and had the strangest latency issue. I could see incoming data changes, like party members moving and chatting, but all my outgoing data changes were on a 10 second delay. Was a horrible, horrible mess. Once I disabled it and rebooted, I was back to normal.

Been using it for probably a couple of years, now. Never had an issue, cuts my old latency of about 110 down to about 50. recommend.
