I guess it's a good thing to make everyone think all the players leaving were banned.

Ah the irony. When I cancelled my account (playing Rift now) and got that survey asking why -- my #1 reason was being completely sick and tired of all the botters, afkers, and autofollowers in the bgs.

Oh well, too little too late, for me anyway. PvP was getting boring and the expansion wasn't what I'd hoped for - but for those still playing, I'm very glad to see them finally doing something about it -- though I have to ask, why the h*ll did they wait so long to address this?

They had to save something for a rainy day when any other game finally threatened their income even for a short period of time.

And what would that game be? Please make me laugh

SWTOR: 50 Jedi Shadow (Tank), 50 Sith Marauder (Annihilation).
LOTRO: Lifetime account, playing very casually.
WoW: Both accounts canceled for now.
GW2: Future Warrior.

You can keep pretending that people aren't closing their accounts if it makes you feel better... I see lots of people playing Rift whether you like that or not it's true also there is just a lot of people who were fed up and closed their accounts.

Lots of big guilds losing lots of members people who have made podcasts about WoW for years leaving weekly it seems same for people who made class websites and blogs.

Are you that much of a fanboi. You know which game. I did not say it was a large sustained threat, just the biggest one to come along so far as small as it is. It will only last until Blizzard releases the next carrot.

If you think my opinion is idiotic, re-read yours.
Dont worry I will give my opinion anyways.
The PvP MMO is NOT a "niche" market, Mythic is just a "niche" company.

I don't know about that, the next content release patch does not look like much of a carrot.
