If yesterday was Thursday and tomorrow is Saturday,would the next day be Sunday?

Not enough information.
The next day from what? If you choose to have the phrase "the next day" modify Thursday, the answer is Friday, if you choose to have it modify the inferred day (in this case Friday) the answer would be Saturday. If you choose to have if modify Saturday, the next day would be Sunday.
All in all, there is not enough information to formulate a logical answer.
