It's not like honor is worth much, anyway. You'll still get romped by anyone wearing arena/rated BG gear. Arena gear should only be usable in arenas, imo. If the highest rated PVP gear you can get doing regular BGs is blues, then that should be the cap to what's allowed in the BG.

Nobody ever said it was hard to get. I said what I believed they were trying to accomplish. It really depends on your cluster. I know on mine the Alliance (my faction) seldom if ever wins, so the amount of time it takes to get 1 piece coupled with the fact you lose almost every match, perpetually, is a real kick in the balls to wanting to pug PVP.

It is still a very necessary baseline. The difference from Arena gear to Honor gear is nowhere near as bad as the difference from Arena gear to Heroic gear. Keep that in mind.

Remember the big lie blizzard told before cataclysm when they said that after the xpac, crafters would simply get upgraded recipes at the beginning of each new season for the previous tier's gear?
