External facing IP changed and now their stupid auto-lock kicked in, wanting me to reset my password. Which is a link to the following:

The site is down for maintenance.
We’ll be back soon!
This may just be the last straw.
Edit: before the peanut gallery shows up: I do have an authenticator, and this coincided precisely with the work on the ISP side.
F'n incompetent morons. Phone wait is 30+ minutes.

Both the wife and I got that this weekend. The message read something like yours, said something to the effect that some possible suspicious account activity had happened and we need to reset passwords. Fine. Except, my account is tied to my work e-mail so the wife could use the home e-mail so I had to make a trip in to work just to reset the password.
Now, today, I just tried logging in and got a message that says my "prepaid" time for this account is used up?? Ummm, I don't have prepaid time - I do the pay 1x/every 3mo deal? That's the way I've done it for years? So I tried going to the Battlenet site to log in to my account and see what's up, but the site is down for maintenance?? Serious?
Grrr...this is getting annoying - very annoying.

Actually, that's exactly what I am planning to do, after having listened to muzak for the last 10 minutes.
Except that now I can't even do that online anymore, since I'm locked out.

Just looked at my junk folder. Several messages saying they were from Blizzard. Some crap about me trying to sell my accounts. Stopped reading at that point.
Figure it's from some scam company.
Wonder how much some Blizz employee got for selling my e-mail.
