Warrior is an obvious winner I think. What would be my next tank to try? Eventually I want to give all a shot.

Warrior ranks last for me 
Pally, DK, Druid, Warrior imo.
DK is not far behind Pally for me.

I'll be honest... that is surprising to me. I've never tanked as pally but the forum warriors always say that pally tanking is overly simplistic. I should dust off my level 77 pally and respec him.

Fixed that for ya. 
Pally and DK. Both have trade-offs.

Dk is the most fun for me. Then I'd have to say pally, druid and warrior in that order.

I'd agree warrior is the most fun tank, I would put DK second for similiar reasons- a deep bag of tools to work with that take at least a little experience playing with to get the most out of them.
Probably paladin 3rd and Druid last- Druid feels like a neutered melee dps with very few tanking tools to work with, especially in your typical moronic AoE spamming 5 man pug or some really overgeared 10mans you can feel like you really accomplished something just holding down the majority of the threat.
