Bla I got an account suspension for the most ridiculous misunderstanding. The suspension was supposed to last for 24 hours, according to the email, and its now up to nearly 48 hours. Do they manually have to re-enable accounts or what?

So they are supposed to notify you via email on your punishment.

This came via email to my battlenet:

"Greetings,

Account Name:
Realm: Illidan
Character Name:

Account Action: 24 Hour Suspension

Be aware that additional inappropriate actions may result in further disciplinary action, leading up to or including account closure."

I concurrently had a ticket open on they're new ticket system about this, so I added this email to that ticket so they had all the information in 1 spot.

Checking up on the ticket they edited my post, instead of actually adding it via a blue post like they do/should. Now the edited stuff reads:

"Greetings,

Account Name:
Realm: Illidan
Character Name:

Account Action: 48 Hour Suspension

Be aware that additional inappropriate actions may result in further disciplinary action, leading up to or including account closure."

And of course this wasn't sent to my battle net, only manually edited in that ticket. That some shady Mc shade a lot stuff right there. I think they did this because I was actually trying to get a human response, and not a copy and paste script BS response.
