Since release day in November 2004, and early beta before that.

LOTRO: Lifetime account, playing very casually.
WoW: Both accounts canceled for now.
GW2: Future Warrior.

I really don't have any idea how long I have played. I started in Beta and have played every day since.

Too long. I think I joined after it was out for a month. Canceled several times, came back several times and canceled again this week. I'd be surprised if I return again. I'll probably play single-player games until the new lineup (Skyrim and GW2 most notably).
