I didn't even quest for the most part on my DK to get him to 85, I just mined my way to 85, I think the most bit of questing I did on him was the Twilight Highland quests so I could phase the damn crafting merchants in, too much damn phasing in Cata. Wrath's phasing was bearable because it wasn't in every damn zone.

My main hunter and pally I also got to 85, my shaman is sitting at 84 and the rest are in the low 80s.

I have at least 1 of every class at 85 except hunter. I have 3 druids, 2 warlocks, 2 shaman, 3 (or 4?) pallies. I lose track!
I mostly enjoyed the leveling because I mainly ran BG's.
