Did they really get rid of Pilgrim's Bounty?

Someone told me this, is it true? I really hope not. That's the only 'seasonal' line of quests/achieves I'm actually close to completing. Was looking forward to finishing it up this year.

Was it just some random noob and you believed them or was it someone you actually know? If it was someone you know you should ask them to provide some kind of proof when they say something like this. Just because someone is your friend is not grounds to believe everything they say.

It was a guildie. It's my favorite of the seasonal events because it's a cheap way to level up cooking for alts.
I have no idea if it is true, I just assumed the collective wisdom and awesome of this board could solve this caper quickly.
Obviously I was wrong.
