Did Guild experiance change depending on party members taking down a boss in a 5 - man instance used to be that we would get guild experiance per member of the party that is in the guild. We've completed a number of instance today and now we seem to only get experiance for completion of the 5 man. Not seeing any guild experiance being earned for downing bosses. Did this change?

You know unfortunately I had to leave a level 25 guild because the guild master was kicking everyone out because they were quitting the game. Now I've started a new guild and I can't even level it because you've taken away the main source of experience. What the heck is going on here?

Problem with guild xp with level 85 instances is still happening not getting any guild xp per boss kills. However we do get guild xp per boss kills in our level 60's group. Hoping you'll have this fixed on Tuesday I estimate that this has been happening since patch and that my guild has missed out on roughly 10 million guild xp which we desperately need.

Was this issue fixed today or is it still ongoing? I feel this is a major issue right now and I've read the known issues and it doesn't even say it in there whats going on?

So apparently you guys have barely acknowledged the bug because it's not in the "known bugs" page that you have. This is a Major bug and is effecting many other guilds not just my own. This has been going on for 2 weeks how could you not have a fix for it yet?

The main thing I would like to know is are you going to be able to credit the xp that was earned during the last 2 now going into the 3rd week?

Do I have to remind you guys that I was in a level 25 guild that I worked my ass off to get it to but since the guild leader was leaving the game She asked you to do a guild name change and you wouldn't do it because you were adding it to the game in 1 week. So because she didn't want the guild name to be run by someone else she booted us all from the guild. So I'm working my butt off to level another guild to 25 and this xp is my main way to do that.

I expect that you can either grant all this lost guild xp or give us some kind of double xp for a couple of weeks or for ever long we were without this xp. I play this game because it's fun but when it doesn't work as I expect I wonder why I pay $51 dollars a month to play it. Needless to say I am not pleased I really expected this to be fixed today. Do me a justice and don't give me a BS response.

Greetings,

The issue is still being looked into. I am sorry this has happened. This is effecting all as you say, so the playing feild is still level here. IF the devs give us any mandates on how to deal with any lost rep, it will be known once the issue is fixed. Again I am sorry for this mess. I wish you well. Take care my friend!

Thank you for your time and understanding. Have a great day!!

Sincerely,
Game Master Jirrocol

I can't help but hear you pronouncing "experiance" with the same voice as the guy in the "Hide yo kids, hide yo wife" video.

Don't you feel sad you wasted that much of your life going back and forth with blizzard on a issue that really does not matter in the slightest in the grand scheme of things?

The 'pat you on the head and move you right along' routine has always been typical for Blizzard customer service. Unfortunately. I wouldn't expect to get information out of them until they're good and ready to post it on the forums themselves. If they ever deign to do so.

Ok so basically in the span of 4 days (12/9 to 12/13) you sent 7 emails complaining about a coding issue that could not POSSIBLY be fixed in as many days.

A classic example of WoW players. I want my instant gratification NOW! God forbid bugs that require coding time. F*** THAT! GIVE ME MY S*** NOW!

Post count just means you spend too much time reading and not enough playing.

Seems the OP forgot about having fun.

The guild perks are nice to have but not game breaking if you don't have them.

What inside knowledge do you have that you can make this claim? Or are you, as usual, running your pompous mouth with no thought about what you're saying.

"This has been going on for 2 weeks how could you not have a fix for it yet?"

It looks like the coding issue had been around for longer then four days. It seems reasonable to expect a coding issue like this to be fixed, or at least addressed in some way, within two weeks.
