Sure, a whole bunch of lore based chars like Asheron, Isin Dule, Elysa etc were all there for the wedding. Asheron did the ceremony which took about 2 mins. Then people got 5 slices of cake which have the same effect as burning coal for +50 hp for 4 hrs. There are 2 games which are now active, one is a race to jump across several platforms with 30 secs to get to 3 candles which wasnt too bad and it got you a royal bouquet of flowers, which isnt really useful for much but is a casting item, I enjoyed it but still really easy, the other game has a small fort with rocks and portal traps, you need to find 8 eggs in 3 mins which are in certain rocks, touching a portal trap brings you away from the fort and you have to run back which wastes several seconds to find 8 eggs total. If you find all 8 eggs you get a top hat and a grand casino key, otherwise you get just the top hat which looks decent and can be tailored so you can make a good armor piece look like it while retaining the other armors stats. I liked it overall but wished they had a good quest or boss fight to make it interesting, even if it was after the wedding was completed.

It was so boring. Plus not much happened. I was hoping the Olthoi Queen would come steal/kill Queen what's her faces son for revenge now that would have been awesome!

That is epic. I would have resubbed if I'd known I could have won a top hat.
I would have wanted carnage too though, especially whilst wearing said top hat.

I totally liked it - there was unique stuff to get.... and that top hat RULES!
That you can tailor your helmet to have the top hat look? more awesome!
They had already said that there wouldn't be mass carnage, due to people going cross server with mules just to attend.
I think the actual ceremony was similar to the canned one you can kick off at the existing wedding chapels.
Really a lot of it was seeing who the guests were and what they were wearing, like Isin Dule having lost his legs in the war and his guards wearing those stylish capes.
But the top hat, that makes it ALL worth it.
(Portal storms for nostalgia's sake were a conversation point as well!)

Yeah I miss events like this. 
Some of my most fond memories having a full server trying to take down a mad cow, once of my favorite AC moments.
