even tho i quit AC years ago i have always read these forums. looks like sometime next week they will be shut down for good. they are shutting down VN boards and moving to ign looks like just a few boards will carry over

Sweet Mary was on WE as well. I hear she was so annoying. I am not shocked they are closing down the boards. It's sad, but it looks like it maybe the beginning of the end.

If that happens it will be a sad day, although no one ever uses them really I can understand. This December will mark 10 years of these boards for me (and technically AC too, although I stopped about 6 months ago).
Wonder if they will do the same with AC? Condense the servers or just shut them down, will have to see.

I have moved onto the IGN boards the last few years just to pass time but these boards will always be my home this sucks.

I read all 12 pages so far (lol sad I know) and he isnt sure yet, but it looks like all the worlds based forums are going bye bye, they may keep AC friends and outpost, but no confirmation yet. I just hope we all keep our hard earned post counts, although I doubt I will be back after this board is gone.

I think the account merges with the IGN one, although if you want to be safe maybe cut/paste them onto word or something, I would for anything you wouldn't want to lose.

Vn boards is how I keep in contact with old friends that I don't have FB of hope they login before the delete comes. |
