Yea I know there alot of DAoC players going Seastone (lots of Mordred players) Some other DAoC players are going Briarcliff. This will hold true if they do not change the server names.

the only ones i know for sure are Capona and friend, Cadal, Kenshinx, myself. there are others that played on Mord but not with toon names that I could remember. so that plus anyone who already said they are playing there on the forum.....and yea defiant. who likes dwarfs....

i've gotten really interested in it in the past couple of days. i'm definitely playing the open beta and i imagine i'll make my decision rather quickly. as it stands, it seems to have the most potential as the best mmo since daoc.

i have a couple of people i'll most likely be playing with, but i don't know as they don't seem overly interested in the game as it is...though hopefully the open beta changes their mind.
if it doesn't lure them in, i'll probably need some people to play with though :]

I have played last beta. It feels RIFT stolen a bit from all MMOs.
Not sure how the end game will be. I don't like tri spec hybrid class idea.
One thing RIFT didn't learn from DAOC. ALL hybrid classes just ruin balance.
Correct if I am wrong but if I am not mistaken both faction will have same
choices for classes. If that is true then game will get old very fast.
Still, I am looking forward to the next beta.

I would not say they "stole" from any MMO. Since every MMO uses various aspects from its predecessors. As far as classes(souls) go I like that there is choice. If you want to go all the way up in one line you can, or if you want to mix you can. I am looking forward to the next beta.....and even more the head start.

there are so many classes that you can be in this game it far exceeds any other game out there

Seastone seems to be where Ywain is heading. Everyone needs to let us all know what server or maybe we can all pick a server to ALL go to. Friends, enemies doesnt matter we still all Mordred. Seastone is a PVP server so Seastone works for me if thats where everyone is going.
Im prolly gonna preorder the digital version.
