No, copyright rules are pretty much the same all over the planetz. Youtube is always especially strict though. The dispute form doesnt work because apparently only US Youtubers get a form, and US< cant use that form to file a dispute. Basically you can download the video from the megavideo.com (and see it in 1080) or you can stream it there.
