CTR is vital to small man pvp.
It doesn't matter what realm rank your cleric happens to be, a bad template is a bad template.
If you need 25% syphon then you're probably spamming spreads or resses. In today's game there's way too many toys to keep your power up.

Chuva your a tool and you suck <TOS> at PvP. Oh and also you were never good on Mordred EVER
CTR is not vital for pvp any good team can function without it.
