So what your saying is it reminds you of mordred.

Currently, yes.

Largest decrease in Mordred history came while you were TL Daamien.

Then, when the fail was obvious, you quit.

Very brave.

But hey!

You can post on VN.

Thats special.

Daamien:

<Decrease in history or decrease in population? I can barely understand your grammar and meaning, let alone comprehend your penchant for gratuitous line breaks.

My tenure as Team Lead began well after Mordred's inception in 2002. By the time I had become Team Lead the server's population was averaging around 250 according to your own words. To suggest that I was responsible for the decline of the server with the most broken and neglected ruleset is disingenuous. All you ever cared about was being number one at holding relics and keeps while I tried for years to encourage feedback and dialog with developers to improve the overall ruleset and grow (or at least stabilize the population).

I get it, you're nostalgic for the weak and broken Mordred that you lorded over and want a scapegoat to conveniently blame for Mordred's demise. I'm the easy target given how I was willing to put my name on the line unlike any past PvP Team Lead and pushed to fix the broken aspects of the ruleset that you (among others) abused.

Yup, population was around 250 when you started.

And when you quit it was around 30.

Largest percentage decrease in history.

You can do the math.

You were a terrible TL.

Before becoming TL, you were actively politicking to get your character removed from Mordred.

Broken ruleset? Lets hear how I abused it.

Feel free to mention how you abused it less when you were a peon in the dominant guild of the time. Then your guild lost the relics, couldnt get them back, and you quit the server.

Only to emerge to beg to get your character off.

P.S. You should stop with your snobbish put downs about how you are more educated then me. Regardless of my schooling, you went to some 3rd rate university, and shouldnt look down on anyone.

actually he was prob the most productive TL we had. just noone @ Mythic gave a shat by that time... Some will say that your guild is what ruined mordred.. But really what killed mordred is what created mordred..@mythic. not a TL not a guild...

Saying that Mordred's population decline was due to my efforts as Team Lead is a specious argument given how it suggests that the server was somehow healthy with a population of 250 when I started. The server's population decline was well underway by the time I became Team Lead and I worked hard to stave off further declines with Play on Mordred Days and continuing to lobby Mythic for changes that would address the reasons people were leaving the server. I never quit being the Team Lead or quit the server. The Team Lead system was phased out in favor of a Knights system, which I remain part of.

I was not actively politicking to have my character removed from Mordred. I suggested, once, that if Mythic were to no longer support the server as a business decision then they should provide a character copy option for Mordred players to leave the server. I wanted Mythic to continue to implement ruleset changes to incentives to keep the server.

You abused, along with others as I mentioned, the long-broken relic system that directly unbalanced PvP combat. Consolidating all of the relics lead to decreased PvP given how players would avoid combat with the dominating guild and seek to join the dominating guild to take advantage of the relic bonuses. Therefore, it was a self-supporting system of continued consolidation, especially in a lower-population environment. Note how relic control in earlier years with a higher population fluctuated frequently with a guild rarely controlling all six relics. As the population declined along with the number of competing groups, relic consolidation occurred more frequently to the point where it became a constant. This was not a vendetta against you or your guild. I had been advocating changes to relics (including substituting their combat bonuses for passive bonuses) for quite some time (including when I was a member of Torcan, which attempted to consolidate relics to some success) and Mythic ultimately decided that the solution was to limit relics to one per keep.

P.S. I brought up your poor grammar because it was confusing. I did not condescendingly suggest that I received a better education than you or others. That's your sole judgment.

kawaja, your in game 'accomplishments' mean nothing because you were literally 30% more powerful than anyone else. It's like being a pro athlete and taking steroids. And you only had good irs and the relics for that matter because you pathetically obsessed over them.
