This Sunday, September 4th, anyone who has ever been curious about Mordred is invited to Noob PvP in Oceanus! As long as you have a level 50 on your account, you can /level to 40 and my friends and I are looking forward to a /40 noobfest in Oceanus. Come get a taste of PvP without long runs, boat rides, zergs, or huge latency problems. We understand that melee would be at a disadvantage with no gear so I will be on to craft weapons for anyone new in need of a weapon. My friends and I will also be refereeing Oceanus to make sure no 50s come to ruin the party, as well as participating in the action with /40s.

The reason we have selected Oceanus is because there are no house areas where certain people could bunker in with mass 50s. There are also lots of easily accessible mobs that players can charm.

We ask that any 50s, active or returning, keep PvP out of Oceanus for the near future and allow sub-50s to take part in PvP and earn some nice XP and RPs.

While we fully understand there are no "rules" on Mordred, we also ask that people keep group size to a maximum of 3 in Oceanus. After all, this isn't Ywain mischief

"But why would I want to play on Mordred if I'm already established on Ywain?"

-It is extremely easy to level from 40-50 on Mordred, and many people are willing to help with BPs for gear, as well as crafting. You could easily have a decked out 50 ready go to within a week of casual play.
-No needing IRC PUGs because you need a group to compete.
-Much faster action due to being able to just release and run back out and not have to worry about ports, boats, or long runs.
-More dynamic fights due to cross-realm grouping.
-Ability to actually solo/small man without getting zerged.

Well I will be on all afternoon and evening and some buddies of mine will be on as well. We likely won't even be grouped so new people who want to solo can come try to kill our /40s. I figured this isn't an event that needs a designated time.
