It's 7 seconds of MoC since you can't have half a sec - and that is nice at high RR solo vs zergs but unless you can easily obtain the gear it's not worth trying to temp for. Also sometimes MoC lasts too long as it is since you can't cancel it and all of your CC/dmg goes to profanity while it's up.

If you can max duration as a sorc then go for it, but you don't need to.
