I'm switching over to Wolfpaw's version so I'm gonna post my version here for postarity.
Crap it must not be the right size so it got altered by the uploader... 
Hmmm the only thing I can think of since it's 120x120 is that it must be the file size. It says it's 8.80 KB but takes up 12.0 KB of disk space. I don't know what to do about that though.

Really, really odd. My icon is far bigger in filesize.
