i'm not sure where the normal icon people are. personally i can do something with the picture itself to make an icon. i'm not very adept with personalizing and adding text though so i could only get you halfway there.

The boards scale icons nefariously badly. I'll have to do that in Photoshop to get decent quality... I'll get around to it one of them days.
