well as i've said i've got no talent for text so personalizing is a weak point for me. i went ahead and put this together anyway i figure i need the practice. i'm sure someone else can do something better but its at least something you can use that i think incorporates the things you want into it.
edit-
altered the text slightly in this one to have the colors reflect your current name style

actually, i like the second one, any chance you could either swap in the bruins logo instead of the in n out one, or perhaps just lose the in n out one?

no. you upload your own icons now. right click the one you want, save it to your computer and then go here - http://vnboards.ign.com/UserPages/ChangeMegaIcon.aspx and upload it as your icon.
