For 2 accounts, is there anything better for lvling and endgame content than Necro + Cleric?

That duo is a great solo play style however If you want to be needed in groups I would probably go with an enchanter cleric duo. Tic are used alot here and work well as do archers. A good shield specced tank comes in handy as well.
In the end it is the pve server so level one of each!

who the fuck doesnt have a pbaoe class? give a dd caster who will never run out of mana and can debuff their own damage type + debuff for sm/eld pbaoe, can rape specific high end encounters with double dots if needbe or even focus pull.

Cabbies have a lot of utility and are a fun class to play to boot.
