I wouldnt give up that much dex. If you are going to get your 10% block from that overated shield you should at least have a more solid template that that.

15 dex equates to about 1%. I think you overestimate the utility of dex, especially considering the weapons used are str based.

I just looked at my 2 heroes... they have 80 dex templated and I have yet to have an issue with them. Anything from fins, to mass pulling nedfalls in trollheim. I honestly thought they had 101 dex because they blocked so well, but I just checked and sure enough, they have 80.

To each their own I suppose. I would much rather have the dex as opposed to say matter resist. I would also more than likely template in the chain healer bp along with shades etc but that is me.
The way I figure is a resist hole is going to make me take a little more dmg that can easily be healed in a controled PVE environment, however I cant cast a dex cap increase buff on one of my bots like i can a resist or heal.

He said he was soloing and tanking. You need all resists capped for tanking since the SI dragon updates.
Also: When fighting Myrddraxis, try keeping a tank with no body resist up on a solo healer~

If he is solo, then why can't he use Baldur's Fortification. I know it's a medium shield, but I've been using it on my warrior and it works just fine. I made a thread about this awhile back, probably on the second page by now.
