I am unable to log into the account center to cancel my account.
Anyone else having issues with the account center?

your not alone, account center is really buggy, when i try and log in(yes ive got an ea account) i get:
Error
There was an error processing your request
Return to the homepage.
if i then try and create a new ea accout with a new email i just get:
Access Forbidden
Your IP address, xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, has been denied access.
If you have received this message in error, please contact support at (650) 628-1001. Phone support hours are 10:00 am - 10:00 pm eastern time, Monday through Friday.
no clue what to do called support but after waiting in line for 45 min i gave up

I had problems attempting to cancel my one remaining open account as well. It asks for login then will not recognize the login at all. When I went to open the contact us page it took me to a EA account creation page and required me to create a EA account to access contact info for Mythic. Instead I used VN search to get the Mythic phone number (703-934-0169) but when I called it said the shortest wait time currently was 40 minutes so I hung up. Not going wait 40+ minutes on a call that is not toll-free.
You should not have to cancel your CC to stop charges. You can contact your card provider and explain to them Mythic is not allowing you access to your account to stop the charges and they will gladly put a stop payment on them for you and should not charge you a fee for this. There should be a toll-free number on the back of the card.
