I had the same problem

I could not figure out how to quit

so i gave up and kept playing

then EA canceled my account

then I had to figure out how to reactivate


I have no clue how I did that though.

I clicked the "My Account" link on the DAoC launcher and the EA account thing opened. I logged in and all my accounts from Warhammer and DAoC were there. Cancel subscription is available under each one for me.
