You need to explain to them that they need to stop being lazy punks because the person I got helped me just fine. Sad to see so many lazy people working for CS.
And like I said earlier, you need to let them know that it is absolutely not the EA password that they need to change. Your game has a specific password that just so happens to coincide with your EA password IF you created your DAoC account after the merge with EA. It also has nothing to do with Origin either. Try reading the explanation on the password page, and I quote:

Note that this password only applies to this Game Account. If you want to change the password for your EA Account, return to the subscriptions page and use the “change password†link at the top of the page.
You might also try mentioning that the account management page for DAoC is separate from their EA page. That also seemed to help the CSR I got.
