Meh. Not exactly fantastic, but higher Con and hits, free VR1 from cloak, group heal proc on weapon. I tried to use most of the items you listed. If you aren't going to use the Arch-Magery, I'd lose the Valhalla Frag. It's the one spot that's wreaking havoc on the rest of the template and forcing you into items you'd otherwise not need or want. Well, that and the Sentient. But at least the Sentient saves you from having two crap items by taking only the one.

Here is the final temp I am going with. Thanks everyone for a bunch of great ideas. Now that I have had a chance to play the warden solo and duod with one of my casters I have a better feel for what I want to do spec wise and want I want from my template. I'll tweak it again in a few weeks or months when I figure out what works best for me..
