Lexi just singlehandedly doomed DAOC.. they just lost 1/4 of their playerbase.

Yeah, however it shouldn't be hard for someone to push the other one up there on devon, it's pretty close and wouldn't take but 2 weeks maybe 1 of rvr. I hear having some high rr chars on gaheris might be good as the merge will def. bring some action there soon. Course, i think it'll be unfair to the Mordred population, tho my account may be a good arsenol and addition if I really push for it to sell. About 85% of my chars are fully templated.

On gaheris i have basically doubles of what i have on normal servers, same with 'classic' and on mordred, just a valk, scout, bd'r, and animist i think. i wish camelot donkey or gimpchimp worked again so i can list them better. gimpchimp has a cap on chars and i went way past that whereas the donkey is just broken.

money in this game for accounts is next to nill. i was pushing accounts out at 50 for as lil as $10 a pop on free trial insta's. the majority of money was plat hands down, up till about 2 months ago i was making a hefty amount on just that. reason why i loved alb people so much... they outspent the other 2 realms at a 4:1 ratio and this cluster almost always drained my reserves.

so i'm not counting a decent price for what i got in this game, so it'll just rot amidst the shelves of everyone else that ever quit.

same as warhammer. that games population is going down faster then .. nvm.. to soon to make MJ jokes.

WoW is where I'll settle for a bit, then who knows. I have a modded xbox and almost every game, so i might just platform it up and sound aweful on rockband.

I just came back to DAoC in late December, perhaps one of the most interesting periods of my playing the game.

This last time I had quit was probably the most successful as I had a rr9+ eld on Lamorak running 8 in a German 8 man...lolz....was some of the most fun I ever had in game...but I was still always broke and dependent on help.

This last time I had to start from scratch cause I had sold the eld. Finally having a higher end pc that can easily run two accounts I rolled an eld first, then started 2nd acct and rolled a chanter/druid for farming. Since then I've pl'd a ranger,hero,ment,2 vamp, 2nd druid during the slow time (There's a ton of it on bossiney), the server pretty much died completely right when first toons were hitting their stride in rr's and templates go, so I've been farming stuff in lab and mini dragons etc~ First time I've played the game that I'm not reliant on other peoples as I'm up to around 750 plat total and sitting on about 20 greater power myths, 9 health and various others, 5 MoZ, not including my sorc/cleric/necro/armsman on merlin. Can't wait for new server to hit, with that much plat I won't have to do much pve ever again and like RvR all the time which should be possible with the numbers I expect.

Only thing is the frigging ToA....gonna have to do some at least I guess, on some of those toons. Eld has about 40k bps and ment about 22k, as bad as rvr is on bossiney it's still possible to do o.k. with rps/bps, just try to get as many keys as I can along with the RvR, and doing the tower quest when it was in along dopples. Which is the only reason I ran dopples. I could have cared less about the rps, but the bps were nice, wish they'd have kept them in taken out the rps and kept it just bp. It really would have helped people moving from classic and probably would still be ran nonstop.
