IGN Insider : Ads and Surveys |
I don't mind the occasional ad, I know bills 'gots 'ta get paid' and such. The reason I am posting this is now I am getting fairly regularly badgered by IGN to take a survey. Now, I know in the time it took me to type this message, spell check, and test my jokes out in the mirror and over the phone with a willing stooge, that I could have finished the survey. I don't wanna. I paid, and now leave me alone with these surveys. If I were to take it anyway, I'd no doubt be an outlier, throwing their numbers by answering sarcastically.

When/IF you do the survey, remind them that we, as paying customers, can't continue to pay if the sites functions keep breaking and nobody is around to fix them (Search function. Post rating function.).
The house is falling apart and the landlord won't repair it. Should we get a reduction in rent?

But I haven't gotten Surveys (knock on wood) in like, ever, that I can recall.

I have been getting the floating ads as well they seem to cycle about every 2 to 3 months.
