does it have any tattoos to indicate it has an owner? Harder to check, but some pets also have RFID tags under their skin too.

i don't think people in brazil do that. also, that's not the condition he found the dog in.  he took it to a vet and had it cleaned up and stuff.

That's awesome.
Probably sounds sappy but I'd adopt every stray I could get my hands on, except having 2 dogs and 3 cats already (plus my mom's 2 dogs and 2 cats while she lives with us temporarily) makes for a very full house of animals...

what an adorable puppy!! <3
all of my animals are rescues 
found Samson when he was about 4 or 5 weeks old in a dumpster, he's 10 now. This pic was taken 4 or 5 years ago, he's much more gray and chubby now.
adopted Molly (grey tabby cat) from a friend as a kitten since she was about to be dropped off at the pound, no pic available yet
Found Bailey just before Halloween running around my yard and have yet to find someone who claims such a beautiful young sweet and healthy chocolate lab
