It's hard no doubt...sometimes you just need 1...


The problem is 1 gets to 2, 2 to 3, and next thing you know it's the next day and you are like "wow did I go hard"...with a ringing headache, surrounded by bottles/cans, laying on the floor with a light wallet...


I know it's probably against the 'common way' but I'd say having 1 drink on 1 day of 1 week (or 1 drink on 1 day twice in the same 1 week) is better than cold turkey cut it out completely...just have to have good will power to limit it to that and that's it...after you do that for a while, no drinking would be easy...

But when it's sunny and I'm BBQ'ing on the deck...I just GOTS to have a beer in my hand...

That's not good. I'm glad I was able to stop before I started having problems. I think seeing what's happened to the rest of my family helped.

Actually.... I'm going to give up on this and start back up when I'm on my final life. The way i figure, i used up 6 of my 9 lifes in college 5+ years ago due to drinking related things. Since I've been out of college I believe I've wasted 1 more life in those 5+ years. So I have 3 lives left, so once i get on my final life is when I'll change
