Not too shabby, btw sorry about your old mascot there doc... had a bit of a fish fry while you were out 
Grats on the 4 months mark! I'm still trying to quit, down to 5 a day and seem stuck there. Thinking of trying good old zyban etc now. Can't try patch, they made my arm hurt like hell (was like a heat burn!). Couldn't stand nicorettes, nausea was overwhelming and the tingly feeling on the throat was freaky. I'll get there, looking forward to my own 4mth mark!

5 a day? Just cold turkey man. Just realize its gonna suck no matter what you do. Honestly ive found i make cigs seem more powerful than they are. They are just a stupid stick that has no real power over u, just ur health
