Also, how much time do you spend with Post Process? Do you do batch edits, or do you meticulously edit each one?

Raw+jpeg. Storage is cheap and I like to have as much available in an original as possible.
For stuff that other people see, usually not much post-processing at all. Sometimes I like to play around in Photoshop though and having raw available just feels better.
But mainly because storage is cheap.
Edit: Usually a batch process then tweaks on a few.

Raw only. Raw and JPG take up more space.

Raw + Jpeg. Memory is cheap these days. Raw lets me adjust the ones I really want to adjust. If I need speed for family type stuff sometimes the jpeg works just fine and I can use those and only adjust some in raw that I'm really interested in.

I do the .jpg as well because they're easy to browse when I don't have Lightroom available.

Raw only. Why?
why not is a better question. the only reason I see for shootng jpgs is when you need very fast series, which I never shoot

Yes.
When shooting JPG I can shoot up to 8 pics per second for 5-10 secs, when shooting 14-bit raw that drops to 2-3
