I used a Vera Bradley Villager bag for a long time after my diaper bag was stolen. Loved it.

Yeah diaper bags drive me nuts. Why in the world do they have to be all padded? Just makes them even bigger and poofier and more ugh. I finally ended up getting one that wasn't bad, I think it's some Jeep brand thing.

I tossed the diaper bag in favor of a backpack. When she was just potty trained and all I had to carry around was a portable potty seat, a spare change of clothes, some Cheerios and a spare sippy cup of water, I bought a very small diaper bag, about the size of a good sized purse. At three years of age, I don't use a bag of any kind for her anymore.

Got that one. It's a bit smaller than our first one but that's fine!! I actually like it better.
We got our first daiper bag at WlaMart, cute and econmoic and id the job great!! But when I went there last week all the "boy" diaper bags where out of stock. Hubby has some man thing going with not letting his little boy have a pink diapie bag!! 
I like an actual diaper bag rather than a backpack, if I can find one that has slots of all the things I want to sort.

Diaper bags are so ugly.
I just used a backpack. Lots of compartments, and out of the way on my back when out and about. We did a lot of things with the kids when they were little so I didn't want a purse, bag, etc. One good backpack solved all problems

well since i had two in diapers at once, rachel was born when nicholas was 11 1/2 months, I had two diaper bags going, /wrists lol
