Yeah I got really worried too when my little one had a fever of 40-41C for 2 days straight, between doses... Soon as I see red on the thermometer, I start considering calling the doc!
I learned about the existence of Roseola, however. Interesting.
Hope your wee one is feeling better real soon, and that the meds kick in sooner than later!!

he'll feel worlds better when the antibiotics kick in. until then you are doing what you can
