all around Andrew's wrists and ankles, mostly any place that has deep creases he is peeling pretty bad. Should I be concerned?

I wasn't concerned when mine did it, my lil man's hands and feet cracked and bled. I put some Aquaphor on it (before reading the label and seeing it was vasaline  ) and baby lotion. He was in a super moist place before, now he's out here in the air. as long as they're not raw and bothering him, I would say he's fine.

For a newborn the peeling is normal. No need to worry.

A baby goes from in the womb (liquid) to out in our harsh world. The skin sheds and new skin will show up. As long as it does not bleed or get really red to where it is hurting then it is fine.
I forgot to make a post Lyli but we had our new one about 4 weeks ago. Nothing like a new baby in the house! hehe.

Vanessa peeled like no tomorrow when she was born. It's normal.
Some lotion if needs, but don't pick pick pick at it, let it come off as it's ready to.

Yeah it looks gross, but all you really have to do is moisturize however you normally would, and it will pass.
