Emo kids don't do the heavy makeup thing. They're all metrosexual clothes and uber-trendy haircuts.
AFI, lookwise, is like a lame goth-punk thing.
Soundwise, they're whiney pop-punk, slightly bordering on emo.
Overall, they suck. 
ps - oh and I dunno wtf you guys are talking about, I'd totally hit that dude's gf. |

Well my opinion is that AFI is emo, and emos are rejects of society.
Maybe when you get to college you will relise how bad of a mistake you have made, then again I have no idea what those crazy guys on the West Coast think is cool these days

i will say this much, when i found out who sings Miss Murder i was SUPER surprised it was AFI. i like some of their old stuff for sure, since i've only heard one song off the new album i'll hold my opinion.
