I've been really digging Nick Zimmer of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs lately. The way he can fill the whole sonic soundscape with just a drummer (even one as awesome as theirs) is amazing.
Jonny Greenwood's still my favorite though.

Ack, I just realized Michael Angelo Batio was also in the band Nitro. Eh, not that it matters much, other than that he wasn't only just a solo artist.

Dan DeLeo of Stone Temple Pilots. The band gets/got lots of press, but you never hear much about him as a guitarist. He plays some really nice, creative parts.

Alexi "Wildchild" Laiho from the band "Children of Bodom". My jaw drops when I listen to his solos. My jaw hit the floor when I saw his soloing live.
