Hubby needs some new stuff! |
My hubby's fav music is bands that play the guitar in Drop D tuning, though he listens to other stuff. He needs some fresh new stuff for his 1.5 hr drive to work so I figured I'd check here if anyone had some recommendations for him.
Here is some of stuff he is currently listening to:
Days of the New
Tantric
Disturbed
Soundgarden
Alice in Chains
Shinedown (a few songs)
Tool
I just burned him an acoustic CD of Days of the New which is good, along with Chris Cornells new CD Carry On. I'd like to find him a few more though.

For REALLY low tuning, I recommend Type O Negative. But, they're not exactly everyone's cup of blood.

I listened to a track from Type O Negative off Myspace and they weren't his cup of tea. I will check out the ones Las posted that I haven't heard. Funny you put the band Cold down. We LOVE their first couple of CD's and one single they did was a fav of ours for a long time. It's even on a mixed CD I had made from like 7 yrs ago or something
