I made some and just added spinach and it's really blah. I have a ton left and was looking for some ideas on what to do with it!

Lemon and some kind of salty cheese for a side.
Or make some Avgolemono which is a soup with some chicken stock, lemon juice, orzo and tempered eggs.

honestly, i never cook it.
ive had it as a cold salad, made greek
ive had it hot, cooked in broth to add flavor

What do you do with Orzo? |
I make a salad out of it, Greek-style. Once the orzo is cooked, I add:
1 lemon, juiced and zested
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup pine nuts, lightly toasted
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1 cup feta cheese crumbles
1/4 cup kalamata olives
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 cucumber, diced
salt & pepper to taste
8 Greek hot peppers, for garnish

use it anywhere you would use pasta; make mac and cheese with it; make mediterranean style orzo; etc

I have only ever used it like pastina, in soups. I never particularly liked it for some reason.

Orzo is good for soups since it is sort of rice size noodle.
